ScotJam: Beavers
Friday 12th to Sunday 14th June 2026
ScotJam: Beavers is a fully supported residential event for Beaver Colonies from across Scotland – the perfect way to give your young people their first nights away experience in a safe, structured and exciting environment.
The event is open only to group bookings from Beaver Colonies – your young people attend with their own leaders, supported by the experienced ScotJam Team and Scout Adventures instructors. You don’t need a Nights Away Permit, as the ScotJam Team holds the event permit and covers all the paperwork.
Attendance Options
To suit your Colony’s needs, there are three ways to take part:
- Full Weekend (Fri evening - Sun afternoon)
- Overnight Option 1: Friday evening – Saturday afternoon
- Overnight Option 2: Saturday afternoon – Sunday afternoon
What Beavers will Experience
Whichever option you choose, your Beavers will:
- Take part in a full programme of outdoor and creative activities
- Enjoy instructor-led sessions, campfire fun, and evening entertainment
- Stay in indoor accommodation with full catering
- Receive a ScotJam 2026 badge
- Achieve both their My Adventure and My Outdoors Challenge Awards

ScotJam: Beavers can only accept bookings from Beaver Colonies attending with their own leaders - we are unable to accept individual bookings from parents or carers.
