This is a two day course, with full board accommodation from Friday 7pm till sunday 4:30pm. The start date is listed as the Friday evening to allow candidates to arrive and prepare for Day 1 but arrival on the Saturday morning is all so possible.
The course provides the skills and knowledge needed to drive a powerboat and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence.
It focuses on low speed close quarters handling, man overboard recovery, introduction to driving at planing speed, and collision regulations.
When completing your Powerboat course, we may also be able to assess you for a B1 permit. Please contact us to discuss this in advance.
