ScotJam: Explorers - Hill & Rock Skills
Spend a week developing real outdoor skills, building confidence, and pushing yourself in some of Scotland’s most incredible environments.
The Hill & Rock programme focuses on helping you work towards two nationally recognised awards from Mountain Training:
- Hill Skills
- Rock Skills (Introduction)
These awards are widely recognised and give you a strong foundation for future adventures in the hills and on the rock. You’ll also gain access to Mountain Training’s digital logbook and a range of outdoor retailer discounts.
Throughout the week, you’ll learn how to move safely and confidently in the outdoors — from planning routes and navigating in the hills, to climbing, belaying and understanding equipment.
You’ll be supported every step of the way by experienced instructors, working as part of a small team of Explorers who are all there to learn, challenge themselves and try something new.
