ScotJam Explorers- Young Leader Training Week

Want to develop your leadership skills and make a real difference in your Scout group? Building on the success of our Young Leader Training weekends, we're excited to offer a week-long Young Leader Training programme at ScotJam Explorers! 

This immersive programme will equip you with essential leadership skills through hands-on activities and challenges. You'll complete Modules A-K, covering topics like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, gaining practical experience and knowledge to take back to your section. 

What you'll gain: 

• Enhanced leadership skills and confidence. 

• Practical experience in leading activities and managing groups. 

• A deeper understanding of leadership roles and responsibilities. 

• A logbook to track your progress and achievements. 

Eligibility: 

• Explorer Scouts aged 14-18. 

• Agreement from your Explorer Leader or Explorer Leader (Young Leaders).
