Our Leader Takeover Weekend is your chance to swap responsibility for adventure and experience the magic of Lochgoilhead just like your Scouts do.

From the moment you arrive on Friday evening, you’ll be welcomed, settled into your accommodation, and invited to dive into a full weekend of tackling outdoor challenges and simply letting your hair down with fellow leaders. This is your chance to be the participant, not the organiser. 

Your place at the Leader Takeover Weekend includes all meals, accommodation, and a mix of land and water based activities.

 And there’s even more reason to join us - when you attend the Leader Takeover Weekend and go on to book a residential for your Scouts, you’ll get a free leader place! It’s the perfect opportunity to experience the centre first-hand, have a brilliant time with other volunteers, and bring that excitement back to your group.
