Ever wanted to lead off-road mountain biking in terrain zero, but don’t know how to go about it? Well Come and have a go and develop your skills on a bike and learn how to lead a group in terrain zero.

Things we will cover include:

- Basic bike maintenance (e.g. changing an inner tube, fixing punctures, adjusting rubbing brakes etc.).

- Conducting helmet, clothing and bike check

- How to conduct rider profiling

- Go for a ride in terrain zero and discuss boundaries of the permit scheme

- Structuring a beginner ride

- Reviewing a session
