Climbing Wall Instructor Training

If you’re a keen climber or climbing permit holder then this course is the perfect next level for you!  Ideal for: Climbing wall staff, young people who’ve completed NICAS Level 4 or 5, people who run climbing sessions on artificial walls or towers. As a Scout Leader, if you are looking to take a group to a national climbing center/commercial wall then this is the pathway for you!

The course will run over the two weekend days, with accomodation available from the night before the course.

Before Booking this course you;

Must have a Mountain Training Account

Must have registered online for the Climbing Wall instructor qualification (Can only be done on the Mountain Training website – Link Below)

Logged visits to 3 different Climbing walls, on at least 15 different occasions, this must include a minimum of one major public wall.

Logged 10 Lead climbs at French grade 4 (or equivalent)
