Active Adventures Gilwell - School Holiday Club

Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to keep your children active and entertained during the school holidays? Active Adventures is designed to inspire, excite, and encourage a love for the great outdoors.

Participants will take part in a daily jam-packed programme of outdoor activities throughout the week:

• Thrilling outdoor activities like archery, climbing and zip lining.
• Fun team games and problem solving challenges.
• Hands-on sessions such as shelter building, backwards cooking, fire lighting.

All delivered in a safe environment led by our experienced instructors.

Active Adventures is for children aged between 8 - 16 years old, taking place at Gilwell Park in May half-term, Summer holidays and October half-term.

Participants can attend individual days or the entire week.

Runs from 9am - 5pm daily. We also offer an early drop off (from 8am) and a late pick up service (until 6pm) for £10 extra

Booking

1. Select the start of the week you would like to book for on the calendar.
2. You will then be asked to provide your contact details - these will be the details used as the emergency contact for the children on the booking.
3. Select which days you would like to book for, how many children and any additional extras (packed lunches, extended hours)
   1. All children on your booking will need the same options selected.
4. Select the 'Pay Later' option and then 'Complete Order' which will submit your inquiry (at this stage, it is not a confirmed booking).

Once you have submitted your inquiry, our team will put together a booking quote for you with the final price (including any eligible discounts. Once paid, your child's attendance is secured. Until full payment has been made, your place is not secure.

When your booking has been confirmed, we will then collect the details for all the participants - including any dietary or inclusivity requirements.

Pricing

£35 per day, per child. For every additional child booked - save 10%.
£157.50 for 5 day block book - save 10%.

We are able to offer packed lunches at £4 per day, per child.

We also offer an early drop off (from 8am) and a late pick up service (until 6pm) for an additional £10.
